　　A tender voice and a smiling face welcomed me at the restaurant. I was surprised to find the waiter who served me was an elderly gentleman. (It didn't take long for me to note that the majority of the staff working in Gingko House are old folks.) He recommended different special dishes of Gingko House to me patiently. I enjoyed both my meal and chatting with the elderly ' I want to work with you side by side one day when I retire.' I joked with them.

　　The washroom was very clean (I don't like eating at a restaurant with dirty washroom, no matter how delicious the food may be.)
　　All the staff was very friendly and one of them was especially considerate. He moved the candle closed to the book I was reading. (I was reading a book with the title 'Love Letter At The Age Of Sixty'which was being put on the shelf- a rather impressive work.)

　　As time went on, he discreetly added water to my cup. His manner was so kind and tender that reminded me of my late father who died some sixteen years ago and my old mother who is now lying motionless in a home for the elderly. I was so moved that my tears started coming out from my eyes. These old folks were not serving customers but looking after the members of their family.

　　I would like to thank them very much for their kindness that reminded me how my mother had worked hard to look after our family. I would visit her more often; despite of the fact that she suffers from advanced Alzheimer's disease and unable to recognize me for years. I wish all of the staff of Gingko House good health and happiness.

All kinds of food are delicious. The toast and soup are my favorite. The services are excellent. The staff responded quickly and efficiently with pleasant manners.
